"It was a very short stay and we only slept there and left. We didn't use anything extra. Very clean and comfortable for what we needed."

"Room was not as reserved. Kept trying to suggest a single king instead if the double queen i reserved. Finally received a double queen and the room had wayer damage in the bathroom with an active leak. "

"The Park Plaza Hotel is over 100 years old, therefore the bathrooms are small and basic. The rooms have original dark woodwork and are walls are painted white to add brightness. The beds were very comfortable with very nice linens. There is an old fashioned elevator with a gate as well as a solid door, fun to get on and off! The lobby is right out of the roaring twenties. The staff was efficient and welcoming. Valet parking is the best option in downtown Winter Park. We loved our stay!"

"Our A/C was intermittent. We ran out of tissues. they only clean rooms every other day."

"One positive is the communication response time was very good when we had problems. But the door code did not work, the AC did not work, the toilet could not pass a simple building inspection - too close to wall - could not sit down on toilet facing forward without banging arm against the wall and knees could not fit in front either?!!! I am only 5'9" tall- NOT a big person. Also, toilet is too low- 13" off the floor."

"Loved this cute little VRBO! Very clean, comfortable bed and great location 2 miles from our daughters apartment. The host seemed very nice Might stay here again"

"I really don’t like to post negative reviews but there was so much that was problematic. Starting with shower glass door was off hinge, the front door screen locked and unable to get in. Lots and pans were dirty and old. No sidewalk around the house. To top offf, not the hosts fault, but there was a murder suspect who had fled to neighbors house and police bullhorn was blaring from 2 to 5 in the morning causing no sleep. And police asking me to flee the building from 9 am to 12. "
