Excellent Staff, Housekeeping not fully staffed but it worked out. Pool area very nice. Casino had lots of options and service was great. Food court had different options and was not overpriced

Great hotel in a convenient location

Have stayed here atleast 4 times in the past 2 years. It will be our last stay here. Gets more negative with each stay and not worth the cost or hassle. When something is missing from the room such as blankets, sheets, robes, soap, etc. It is very hard to get the items if you even receive them. The room could have been cleaner. Dust, dirt and hair alot of places throughout the room. Noticible hairs in the bathtub. Sticky countertops by the fridge area. Dirty glasses. We always bring Lysol wipes when traveling for these reasons. For the view the windows were very very dirty. My phone kept telling me to clean my lens when I tried to take a picture out of it. The staff isnt always helpful when needed. When calling down for help there is no response even when they say they will handle it. You have to personally go down and ask or it will not be handled. When offering an upgrade they offer the other hotel "The Crockford" at $330 extra per night. Insane. We are supposed to get a VIP upgrade when available but I guess this is different here. It would have been cheaper for me to outright book the Crockford. The last day my son woke up with bites all over. Showed the hotel staff they took pics, said a manager would come talk to us, they didn't, they made us wait and wait. After no show we decided to leave, they said they would call me. Finally called days later said they didnt find bedbugs so I still dont know what bit him up. Just fyi.

Was told we were going to have a renovated room but was given an old room

Expedia VIP benefits were almost non existent. Did not receive room upgrade, and then the $25 beverage credit was only to be used at a specific bar with overpriced drinks and then they never ended up giving us the credit. They did give us the late check out and I was happy about that until we tried to get in our room after going to the pool and they locked us out of our rooms at noon. Had to go stand in line to get the keys reactivated and they said they thought we checked out even though I had a do not disturb on the door and we had a verified late check out at 1pm. Check in line was also ridiculously long and time consuming coming and going.
