"The heat was too high and I was asked to send a pic of the thetmostat. I find it inadequate to ask a guest for a pic of something that should be your responsibility. Checkout time at 12 pm is too strict considering check-in is after 3 pm. There should be, at least, one hour tolerance. The coffee machine in my room kept spilling water for no reason."

"I like these apartments, they are an easy walk from the station. They are simple but smartly done. The sound proofing on the windows is excellent and if you are in a room at the front of the building you need it. The TV reception is a bit sketchy for the foreign channels but the WiFi is good enough to watch things on your own devices. "

Nice kitchen, good bathroom, bed were good enough (although might need replacing some tome soon). "Been living and traveling in Europe the last two years. This hotel has by far the largest rooms I have stayed in while here and maybe even the US, and they were super clean. The hotel is located above a mall and grocery store which was convenient when we needed something. Took tram to Basel Switzerland for the Christmas Market, its was about 15 min away, couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend! "

"My wife and I stayed at this hotel early December as part of a break to visit the Christmas Markets - exemplary customer service at all times, thoughtful and supportive staff, lovely/well equipped room, very clean and comfortable. "Conveniently located directly across from the train station. Our stay included complimentary passes to public transportation, with stops for the tram and bus just outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was perfect for the two of us, with very comfortable beds and pillows.
