"Used this property as a base to explore the area. Owner was quick to communicate when checking in, found property clean and well kept. Not a complaint but you should know the property is used by travelers with horses. We appreciated the property being in that location, it helped with our plans."

"I stayed for four nights with a friend and it was perfect. Jeff and Steph couldn't have been more communicate, helpful or friendly and the airstream was super comfy and well-appointed. It's more of a horse property so lots of people with horse trailers were there, but who doesn't love being around a bunch of beautiful horses? The location is spectacular - we were hiking in Paria, Cottonwood Wash, Buckskin Gulch and everything was right there. We will be back!"
