"I was impressed with Hotel Rome, after reading some sketchy reviews. The room was nice and the waterpark was fun for the kids. The only complaint I had was it was very loud in the halls at night, I did not seem like the enforce the quiet hours at all. Because check in is at a separate location, I'm not sure there is even staff around all the time to monitor the safety and security of the guests."

"The property is beautiful and has a lot to offer in the way of food, entertainment and activities; however, they need to work on their housekeeping and general cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms. It is a large property and perhaps they need more staff but for the price you pay, you shouldn't see things like hair on the bed, towels, water marks on glasses, dust and hair on the furniture, empty shower gel in the bathroom, etc. "
