"We loved our stay at Aja Hotel Warnemünde. The area is filled with fun oceanside stands, is very walkable, and close to the Strom harbor area. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, had a nice view of the ocean and we loved the free breakfast buffet and cake and coffee in the afternoon. Great pool and spa area! Highly recommend. "

We were fine . Lovely room with ocean view. Boardwalk leads to shopping and dining area. Spacious room with drawers and shelves. Pool us in the spa and a bit strange. Spa people want you to buy $22 bathing shoe to go in.. Lovely hotel enjoyed our visir very much. "

Opportunities for improvement are around family-friendliness and more proactive customer service- check-In was very cold and abrupt, almost intimidating - service in the restaurant better but again lacking of some basic elements of customer friendliness, engagement with children etc."
