"Stayed here on our way from Melbourne to Sydney. When I arrived the room I was given had a bed that was not made up. The managers apologised and I was changed to a different room. Perhaps in future they could check the rooms AFTER the maid has said they had been done. Then in the new room the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night, for no reason. I suggested that they check the battery which can cause this problem, so hopefully no-one else gets an unwelcome wakeup call in the middle of...
