Perfect Stay,

Amazing stay, perfect all round. Great location and accessible off the motorway. Room was perfect and the Pool, Sauna and steam was great as well. The gym looked great. Helpful, friendly staff. Made the stay great, would highly recommend and revisit.

We had a lovely night's stay at your hotel, staying for a wedding. Great room, lovely facilities and friendly staff. It took a long time, 15-20 minutes to have our phone answered when I called room service, but otherwise, had a brilliant stay and would recommend.

It was a perfect stay lovely rooms and the e breakfast was fresh with lots of options. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed and on a wet and rainy afternoon it would have been nice to have use of it.

We stayed in room 341 in the Buckhurst area. The room was big but the bathroom was very tierd. The sink was all cracked and damaged and the bath had seen better days.
