"Good checkin and consierge to our room. We called reception to ask how to turn up the heat as the room was cold. It didn’t work and we ended up putting the robes over us to keep warm. When we left this morning it was warmer in the corridor"

"We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT."

Great locaction with some lovley places to visit! We went for an evening at Nirvana spa but also visited Windsor Castle on our way home. Also went to a lovley pub called The Waters Arms, just 25 minute walk from the Guesthouse.
