"Zimmer nicht rechtzeitig zur Anreise fertig. Personal in der Küche beim Frühstück bei Anpassungswünschen unfreundlich und es wurde abgelehnt ohne auf mögliche Unverträglichkeiten einzugehen. Zu wenig Platz beim Frühstück und es ist mit Wartezeiten zu rechnen. Spa-Bereich sehr laut und Kinder planschen im Kneipbecken. Zu wenig Liegen und kaum Erholung durch die Geräuschkulisse."

"ich haette gerne eine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gehabt, wie es in vielen Hotwl bereits standard ist. Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht und daher einen wesentlich hoeheren Preis gezahlt. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist sehr schoen und modern. An der Sauberkeit war nichts auszusetzen. Das Fruehstueck war eher einfach, aber alles frisch. Leider gibt es keinen besonderen Ausblick."

"Great hotel, fantastic views, excellent spa facilities. Room excellent - spacious with cooking facilities in the private hall rather than the bedroom itself so you do not need to sleep with stale cooking smells. Very well equipped, though in summer the lack of air con may be a factor. Only downside was the pillows (though that and the lack of air con seems to be a common problem in hotels in Germany)."

"This hotel is slightly odd in the layout in that two rooms share one bathroom, but only if the hotel is busy or if you book 2 rooms. Otherwise, for the money this is a great hotel. It's comfortable, clean, has balconies which look over a central courtyard, has breakfast included in the price and has a lidl just 5minutes walk away if you fancy something extra to eat. "

"Excellent hotel with comfortable bed and plentiful breakfast. I did not use the balcony due to the weather. Guests have use of the sauna and swimming pool at the nearby VNU Hotel (at the top of the hill) for EUR15. This under repair on the first night but I did use it on the 2nd night, they do ask you to wear flip flops or other bathing shoes. The hotel is handy for the REWE supermarket and shops. "It is a lovely hotel located outside the city. We especially enjoyed dinner in the restaurant where we had authentic German food. Our only concern was that it was hot outside and the room did not have air conditioning. We opened the windows and there was a beautiful breeze, but the flies kept coming in! I’d give the hotel 5 stars if they had screens on the windows."
