Enjoy this modern 2 bedroom apartment located walking distance from Wollongong’s main shops, eateries and just a 15min walk to the beach. The apartment hosts a contemporary industrial style and a spacious open plan living / dining overlooking the escarpment.
The space

Both bedrooms have King sized beds and independent access to the over-sized, sun drenched balcony. The North East facing aspect allows for a spectacular sunrise from over the ocean, providing a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee on the private balcony. The living and dining has floor to ceiling glass doors that show off the coastline and city backdrop and consists of a large wrap around couch ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine and cheese platter.

The bathroom boast a large bath and rainfall shower head to unwind and treat yourself to a well-deserved break from the daily grind.
The property has a shared pool and common area for cooling down on hot summers days, or just relaxing and reading a book(located on the roof top of level 3).

The apartment is fully secure as only those with an access card or is buzzed in can get to the floor.

Located a 2min drive from Wollongong Hospital, 5mins from Wollongong University, 5mins walk from Wollongong Mall - complete with specialist, boutique shops, eateries and entertainment. Wollongong Train Station is only 10min walk away!

An internal laundry is ideal for longer stays with a washing machine and dryer, adding to your daily convenience.

Lock up garage parking is available in visitors spots located on level 1. Also on street parking is available

High speed unlimited WIFI available along with smart TV.

Full European appliance kitchen with all the required utensils to cook with ease including a Nesspresso pod coffee machine. If cooking isn’t your thing, or you just wish for a night off Collegians is located at the bottom of the building which has 3 separate restaurants.
