Access to the entrance is tricky at night, no lighted entry and on coming headlights on a busy road held the ratings back one star. This is the fourth time I’ve used this facility for early morning appointments in the city, and I’ll use it again I’m sure, over the other facilities nearby.

Right by the mall. Hotel needs upgrades. Maintenance staff needs some customer management and service training. The carpets on the second floor need deep clean. I changed my room 3 times. I almost left because when the air system was turned on you could smell mildew. My eyes and nose were burning. Apparently room has not be. Used for a while. The curtains needed cleaning also.

The staff is super friendly, the facility is clean and accessible. The restaurant next door, Pizzeria Uno, recently closed, but there are plenty of dining options. I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

I thought they would be as well taken care of as the residence in. I was moved from 4th floor with 81 year old mother to 1st floor because elevator broke moms very sick. Then I was moved to room 126 refrigerator was broke Terri the clerk told me they would fix it I had to throw out all my items . Now the powers out in entire building the rooms are pitch black trying to get outa rooms could kill u these people lie & cover up all kinds crap they ought fire them all or give refunds back this place sucks

Took a long time to check in. Was told no more rooms with king sized beds although I reserved one. Fortunately they upgraded me to room with a sofa and a king sized bed. Room fine but no bath mat. Heat in room hard to regulate. Had to turn heat off in middle of night as room was too hot even turning temp down to 65 degrees.
