"Loved this hotel! I paid a little more for this trip and you get what you paid for. The hotel lobby was quite lovely, the room was extremely clean and spacious, and the service was decent. When we got off the elevator and walked to our room, it smelled of cigarette smoke coming from the rooms and I was nervous we would smell it in our room.. as if we were in a "smoking" room, but it was fine once inside. We didn't have wash cloths and I had to ask twice for them; to never receive wash cloths, but it is my only complaint. It was cool that you could pull in off the street and put on your blinkers and run in and out with luggage and not worry about the traffic. We were there early so they offered to store our luggage until check in, and that helped out immensely. I would most definitely return!"

"We felt very safe here & were so close to all the subways. We were also close to WTC and Wall Street. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were great size and bedding was comfy. Really enjoyed the coffee in the lobby every morning. We will definately stay there again next time in NYC."

"My family of 4 stayed here over Thanksgiving break and had an excellent stay. The proximity to Grand Central was great along with Bryant Park, the library, and lots of great shops and stops. The front desk was always friendly and our rooms were very clean and quiet. I definitely would stay here again in the future. "
