"The rental is one room with a bathroom. It had all the amenities we required - a full kitchen. The only thing lacking in the kitchen is a dish rack for washed dishes. Other than that, the kitchen has everything we needed including dish soap. A shout out for the reverse osmosis water filtration system: excellent. When I arrived I discovered that the bed was broken- the bed frame was broken and the bed sagged to the point you could not sleep on it. "We were in town for a wedding perfect location close to venue House was perfect size for us. Beds were comfortable. "A sisters/cousins getaway involves a lot of chatting. This was the right venue for such a trip. It was very relaxing. The inside was very clean. The unkept backyard view took away from the ambience a bit."

"It would have helped to have a photo and clear description of the 22 pretty steep stairs -we were only told there were not a lot of stairs and there was a handrail. Handrail very important for my husband who has mobility issues. He was able to manage but I had seen a photo of the same stairs for a different listing and rejected that place because of the photo! Otherwise place pretty comfortable and manager pretty available to respond to my texts when I had questions. "
