Heather Lea - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 10

Heather Lea, is a two story 5 bedroom property which has been newly renovated in 2019. It has wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and towards the sea and is within walking distance to the village where there are restaurants, pubs, shops, the beach and coastal paths, an ideal place from which to explore the countryside and coast of North Devon. Two bedrooms a Double en suite and King (Zip n link to 2'6" twins on request) are on the ground floor along with a shower room and separate WC. The spacious living room has plenty of comfy seating a large 42" TV with DVD player and flame effect fire for the cooler seasons. An extra snug room is ideal for relaxing with a good book or listening to music through the bluetooth speaker. L shaped dining room with seating for 10 leading to the well equipped newly fitted kitchen with 7 ring gas hob and everything you would require to prepare meals whilst on holiday. The first floor offers three more bedrooms, King with ensuite, Twin (Zip n link to super king on request) Double with ensuite. Separate family bathroom with shower over the bath, hand basin and heated towel rail. Further separate WC.
To the back of the property there is ample private parking for 5 cars.  A grassed area adjacent provides use of a rotary line. A handy cold tap with hose pipe is also available for rinsing off sand from boards and bodies. To the front a side gateway from the drive, or doors from the open plan kitchen/diner/snug, allows you to access the good size, south-facing patio area, complete with wooden garden table and chairs for 10 people. A perfect place to sit and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine.
Within a few minutes you can be on the beach and you don’t even need to take the car!  There is a good choice of family friendly places to eat in Woolacombe village just 300 yards from Heather Lea, or a very short drive will bring you to the village of Mortehoe where there is a further selection of eateries offering tasty home cooked food. We are sure you will be delighted with your stay at Heather Lea and will want to return just as soon as you can!
