"We (my partner, and my Mum) had a lovely stay here to celebrate my Mum's birthday and really appreciated the treats left for us! Check in was super easy with the lock box. The cottage is great for 2 guests as both bedrooms have an en suite (although the upstairs/loft bedroom doesn't have a door FYI). Plenty of seating in the living area too with the sofa, armchair, and even an electric armchair which came in handy for my Mum! "We stayed at this property for a large group and it was an excellent property. Cazz and team were very accommodating and helped us with multiple enquiries and even unloading a large shop for us. "Had an excellent 2 night break. No delays or issues checking in, friendly greeting, everything was explained. Room was clean, tidy and bigger than expected. We ate in the restaurant in the evening - food was delicious, great service made it a lovely relaxing experience. Breakfast the next day was good, no shortage of choice and freshly cooked buffet and continental food. One issue - one of 2 coffee machines was broken (these things happen), the other on a go slow, so there were queues which could have been better managed, worked around"

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout. The room and bathroom very clean and comfortable. The only criticism was that the mattress was a tad too hard for our liking but that's a personal taste. Apart from that, everything was excellent including the breakfast. Can't wait to stay here again. "

"This was our 4th return trip to LOTM and as usual, it was a pleasure. Staff are always attentive, without being overbearing, rooms were spotless and comfortable, making it feel like an ‘home from home’ and the Atrium tasting menu was outstanding, as always.
