Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."

"The cottage was absolutely perfect for our party of 12 & our host mrs joyce was absolutely lovley. Check in & out was very easy and the property itself very easy to find even though its out in the beautiful countryside . The cottage was spacious and clean & we were all adequately accomodated the children were happy playing in the games room & the pool the house is ideal for a relaxing get-away every one really enjoyed thier stay we will definitely book again. "The property was well kept with everything being simple and easy to use. It had everything we could have possibly required, from the bathroom to a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washing machine and line if required for longer stays. "We had a great time at the lodge, it was spacious, well presented and in a nice wuiet location. All amenities were as listed and we didn't find anything wanting. The children found lots to do at the hoburne site and we could relax in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, a wonderful base ro explore the area. "

Unfortunately, the BBQ shown in the garden images does not work, however this was not necessarily mentioned as an amenity in the listing. The only place this house loses points is in its cleanliness - this really was not up to standard, as mentioned in previous reviews. Shower drains were full of hair from previous visitors; multiple bedrooms had either old food, empty wine or water...

"We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage. The property was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, providing easy access to the Cotswolds and the city of Bath. Additionally, having a quality pub just a 5-minute walk away was a great bonus. The latter offers a normal bar and reasonably priced meals . The hotel itself is well located a couple of miles from a junction on the M4. It is quiet ( the motorway can be seen in the far distance ) and the rooms are modern with a well equipped bathroom and a comfortable bed. "
