"Listing says designated smoking areas but the owner smokes in the house and the entire place reeks. Our clothes and hair were smelly after only a few hours. The walls in the bathroom have a yellow coating from smoke. We booked 2 nights but due to my child's asthma we could not stay and owner would not refund."

There is parking on the street in front of the hotel. The hotel is a row house with rooms on multiple floors. "I really liked the location as it had its own street parking with no height restrictions. The hotel was really well appointed and no complaints. The number 24 bus stop is outside which takes you into the centre and back with ease. The service was really good, and a refund on my card was done immediately. Mistakes happen (I'd prepaid) and it tells how good things are if the are rectified quickly and without fuss. I haven't given 5 Stars as the dining options weren't great. Yes I look for Vegan...

"Pros: 1. Convenient airport location 2. Immaculate, soundproof rooms 3. Free convenient parking 4. Lauren, night manager, provided outstanding assistance Lauren's kindness, expertise and willingness to go the extra mile ensured an enjoyable stay after an extremely challenging day. He was able to refrigerate my dad’s medication after we discovered that the fridge in the room had not been switched on. He was able to cancel the double booking I’d inadvertently made due to a glitch in the app. He even offered us some sandwiches, juice and yoghurt as we weren’t able to take advantage of the included breakfast due to our early departure."
