Nice stay - lovely meal in the restaurant. Friendly staff in the bar who were all very helpful.
Plenty of drinks available in the room with dolce gusto in room aswell.
We were staying for one night, after a long day sorting out a family bereavement. We were met with a warm welcome, a lovely steak and a much needed bottle of wine. Staff and owners were really friendly. Accommodation met our expectations, in-line with what we were paying which was super good value. We were very happy with our choice.
Nice 1 night stay. Probably would have preferred a room at the back, as the pub is on a very busy main road.
Room was fine otherwise, with comfortable beds.
The pub itself is lovely, as is the adjoining Twisted Spoon café where we had breakfast. Great evening meal at the pub.
Despite some confusion over the advance payment, we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very comfortable and the food good although they should make it clear that while breakfast is available it is not served before 9am which is not particularly customer friendly.
The rooms were large and very clean. Lots of facilities (coffee/tea etc). The restaurant in the pub had very good food and plenty of beer choice.
The cafe breakfast was very good.
I would definitely return if I am in the area.
Overnight during a long trip around the UK. Met and booked in very smoothly, room was good for the age of the property. En-suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment, could do with room to stand in the bath and use the shower but standing space limited by the slope of the roof. So slightly inconvenient but managed ok.
Very clean and good tea and coffee options in the room.
Had a good breakfast, quite a good selection available.
Good stop-over location with excellent staff.
Everything was perfect, the pictures dont do it justice, its lovely, quirky & very cosy and a lovely addition having The Twisted Spoon adjacent to it , will defo be coming back x
Evening meal was very tasty and good value .
Only minor criticism was the shower which was a bath tap mixer type .
Overall decent room and accommodation.
Room was a bit tired and dated. Hard bed, shower over bath that due to sloping roof could not stand under. You get what you pay for. Note breakfast wasn’t included in our room rate, they did a nice breakfast in the pub but you need to factor in this cost. Food in the evening in the pub was very good also. Pub/restaurant was a much higher standard compared to the room. Overall fine for 1 night stay but wouldn’t recommend any longer until/if they update the rooms. Taxi into Worcester was about £15 each way.
