"Good size room and very clean. Asked to be moved to a higher floor as very noisy on the street below and was moved to 14 from 8 when checking in. Bed very firm, too firm for my taste but that’s just me. Would suit most people. Would definitely use this hotel again. "

"Friendly staff, very clean, modern but warm design aesthetics, and great room amenities. The shower was fantastic with great water pressure and immediate hot water. Really appreciated having an in-room washer and dryer with laundry pods provided. The only negative was we missed the morning room cleaning time for the first two days because of jet lag and the need to sleep in, and had to ask on the third evening about replenishing room essentials and trash despite sending a text and asking the front desk about it earlier that morning. But when they came they were friendly and asked if anything else was needed."

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was kept spotless, we saw staff cleaning the inside of the lift. The room was a little hot, and we had trouble cooling it down. "

"Two night stay with toddler was amazing. Had a minor problem in the room which was sorted straight away. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and replenished before you know it had gone. Overall amazing stay!"
