"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us plenty of towels. The coffee was good. There wasn't much for breakfast, nothing hot. The floors looked like they had not been swept. It took a long time to get hot water. There was trash in one trash basket in our room when we got there. But we enjoyed our stay. "

"We have been staying to avoid mayhem during the snow/ice storm. The hotel and staff were working around the clock and we applaud them! However the parking lot and walk ways were icy and slippery with heaps of snow around the cars causing people to fall and forces to be in dangerous situations to get out of there. Staff has been doing their best to keep on calling for a couple of plows to come through but other than that nothing was provided. That’s bad management and preparation for this season...

"Stayed here the day after the huge storm that dumped 11 to 14 inches of snow on the city. Streets and the parking lot was only minimally cleared. Actually the local street wasn't cleared at all but the hotel lot had a decent path around it. Couldn't chance going anywhere else since i was already stuck once on the city road. Nobodies fault, but it made exploring difficult. Pantry store was picked over but the front desk was very nice about the offer on what they did have. Pool was closed, but...
