You are a short walk from the town centre and pier (which you can see from your windows) but have a quiet stretch of beach right opposite you to enjoy away from the crowds and a peaceful spot to retreat to between all the holiday activities !
Enjoy the coastal views by day and the twinkling lights by night, take a stroll into Worthing along the beach and past the fresh fish sellers, outdoor gym and beach huts and try out some of the many and varied restaurants, cafes and cocktail bars Worthing has to offer.
The space
Beach 180 has plenty of living space with adjoining South facing kitchen breakfast room and lounge diner - both with sea views. You'll find a comfy corner sofa, 2 dining areas, 43 inch Samsung smart TV, super fast broadband, DVD player, DAB radio, Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven, gas hob & large fridge freezer.
The bedrooms offer a king size bed and 2 singles. There is space for a travel cot in the main bedroom - if you would like to use our Cuggl travel cot, please let us know when you book and remember to bring your own cot bedding, high chair, sippy cups etc.
The modern shower room is compact with electric power shower.
The private parking space is at the front of the property - essentially the stoned front garden - so it couldn't be more convenient to come and go.
You will have the apartment to yourself for your stay.
Other things to note
- The apartment is on the first floor with one set of stairs (split into 2 sections) to access the apartment's private front door.
- Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete a booking form detailing the guests on the booking and their nationality. Passport details are required for any guests who are not British, Irish or Commonwealth. (This is a legal requirement)
- Bookings cannot be sold or transferred and all facilities are exclusively for the use of your group - no parties / events and no additional guests may be at the property at any time
- Strictly no smoking, vaping or illegal substances or activities at the property
- No burning of candles or other flammables
(battery candles and fairy lights are provided to create the atmosphere without the fire risk)
- No charging of electric vehicles – this poses a fire risk and constitutes energy theft.
- All windows must be closed and doors locked whenever you go out and the communal door to the building must be kept closed AT ALL TIMES
Anyone found to be in breach of any of the above conditions will be asked to leave immediately without refund and having forfeited their security deposit.
- Any damage not reported on arrival may be chargeable
- Please leave the property in good order - dispose of rubbish in external bins (recycling in blue lid bin)and wash up and put away any kitchen items used. Please leave keys on the dining table at check-out.
- Check out is 10am to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests, therefore late checkouts will be chargeable at a rate of £15 for every 15 mins or part thereof.
- Charges apply for lost or damaged keys and guests would be responsible for locksmith call out fees.
- Please note that the parking area and entrance door to the property are monitored by RING camera.
