"The cottage is nice and in a lovely position in Tideswell but I think you need to make people more aware that the garden has no grass and I dont think it is suitable for dogs. Also the stairs upto the bedrooms are very steep and slippy so really not suitable for older people. Other than that the cottage is lovely and if we didnt have our dog with us, would of been nice."

"Dark and gloomy area, not safe seeming at all. We were sent wrong apartment number so spent an hour trying to find 18 when in fact flat was 22.Heat kicked in at midnight and was impossible to turn down, WiFi barely worked and downstairs toilet was broken. Floor between living area and dining was cracked and constantly tripped people up. No dishwasher tablets also but overall most things we could have gotten over but sending wrong address just set the tone for a poor experience.Overall shabby and...

Great, comfortable hotel for a good price

"The staff in the lobby were really welcoming and friendly and helped the check-in process go smoothly. As it was a really hot day, they were offering free mini ice creams in a cone which was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was air-con as well as a blackout blind, meaning we had a really comfortable sleep. "
