"This property was great , with views of the river and boats . It was as described and very spacious. It was clean and well equipped overall. Hot tub was fabulous and easily accomodated 8 people. The host was very responsive. The area was brilliant with lots to do . Mississippi steamer was a great experience the kids loved it. Would highly recommend this property and area . "We stayed the last weekend in January for my mum’s 80th birthday celebrations. We were lucky with the weather so used the rowing boat which was great fun. The place was perfect with enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone and everything you could need, including a large fridge and plenty of crockery. Dining room with ten chairs and four large sofas so everyone could be together. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. We also hired a 12 seater boat for half a day from Wroxham Lauch...

"The venue and setting was beautiful. Facilities were great. Spa and pool were really nice. The menu for food is limited. Our room was tidy and had been cleaned however there were marks on the mirror, walls and shower curtain but the room itself was clean. "

"One of the best Holiday Inn we have stayed at with great spa facilities including swimming, sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Also catered for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options in breakfast and dining options. Decent breakfast with nice smoothies! We booked a premium room so had complimentary mini bar replenished everyday with free water, chocolates, crisps and pepsi. My daughter enjoyed playing in the kids area with table football, jengha and 4 in a row! Staff were very helpful and nice too. Special thanks to Laura who was more than happy to help with a smile always! Great experience and would definitely visit again!"
