L'hotel in se é carino, pulito ed accogliente. Purtroppo il personale alla reception non é assolutamente all'altezza. Il giorno prima al check facciamo pagamento camera e il giorno dopo al check out le stesse 2 persone ci cercano di nuovo il pagamento e ci fanno perdere un'eternitá al punto da farci perdere il taxi che era fuori ad aspettarci e giustamente se n é andato. Se non era che avevamo conservato la ricevuta e avevamo pagato con carta ci avrebbero fatto ripagare. Mai piu

some improvements would help

Hotel was overall ok, but WIFI in the rooms was very weak - a telefon conference or even a download was not possible. The certain in the bedroom was not dark enough and the sun was shining in the room as soon as the day starts. The restaurants had only a small variety for dining.
