"I had to check out 4am because of early flight. When I asked to call a taxi the previous day, the hotel clerk told me to prepare for the packed breakfast."

"Beautifully designed and comfortable room. It was spacious and ergonomically designed room. I loved the built in large luggage table (well covers a large check-in suitcase fully opened) and the built in bench along the whole window to sit on and to put items on. Crabtree & Evelyn products in the bathroom. The bath tub was nice and deep. Our room was by the elevator but didn't notice any noise from the corridor. There was a water dispenser to refill water bottles by the elevator landing area. We felt very relaxed staying here. It was a lovely stay. Would be happy to stay here again. "

"Check in excellent, lady on reception so friendly and kind. Room clean and warm, great size bathroom and good shower. Used the pool and jacuzzi this morning and it had lockers, towels, slippers and a cool pool and lovely warm jacuzzi. There is a sauna but i didnt use it. All the staff we encountered were helpful and nice. Perfect location for the city. Would highly recommend to everyone. Really cant fault it."
