Unser renoviertes freistehendes Ferienhaus befindet sich an einem Privatweg, Durchgangsverkehr ausgeschlossen und in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zum Strand. Bis zu 4 Personen finden hier auf ca. 75mÂČ WohnflĂ€che mit Wohn-Essbereich und 2 Schlafzimmern Platz. Vom Wohnbreich haben Sie direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und in den Garten mit ca. 300qm GrundstĂŒck. Durch das vollstĂ€ndig umzĂ€unte GrundstĂŒck können Sie Ihren Hund frei laufen lassen.
Hinter dem Haus fließt direkt der Strom „Wasserlöse“ dieser Bereich ist fĂŒr FußgĂ€nger oder Autos nicht zugĂ€nglich.

Sehr schön, Lage des Hauses, super ruhig und doch nahe an allem BÀcker, Gastronomie und kleinem Lebensmittel GeschÀft. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und Hafen.

Schönes Haus gerne wieder. Weiterzuempfehlen!!!

Ich und meine beiden Kinder fĂŒhlten uns wohl und fanden das Haus super. Das einzige Negative ist der Parkplatz vorm Haus. Das parken ist sehr eng. Sonst können wir es nur empfehlen denn es ist modern eingerichtet.

Ein toller Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Dorum. Das Haus liegt perfekt, alles ist fußnah zu erreichen. Da das Haus eingezĂ€unt ist, konnten Kind und Hund bedenkenlos herumlaufen. Ruhige Gegend und dennoch wird viel geboten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Das Ferienhaus ist super schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe liefen perfekt ab. Auch die Lage ist super, man ist sehr schnell am Wasser und bei den Restaurants. Sehr ruhiger Ort im Winter genau das richtige um einmal runterzukommen. Wir haben schon den nĂ€chsten Aufenthalt im Sommer gebucht.

Erholsamer Urlaub direkt an der Nordsee

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Die Lage ist super zentral. Das eingezĂ€unte GrundstĂŒck war auch toll, gerade mit kleinem Kind und Hund, die meisten FerienhĂ€user in Dorum haben das nicht. Der Check In war sehr unkompliziert und die Gastgeberin total nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Viele GrĂŒĂŸe

Haus war in der Anzeige mit Hund ,die wendel treppe ist so steil das kein Hund hoch kommt ,ausser man hat einen kleinen Hund zum hochtragen,Ă€ltere Personenkommen auch schwer hoch ,mein Mann hat 12 Tage auf dem Sofa unten geschlafen !zwecks den Hunden!Die Dusche ist auch ein Witz man konnte den Duschkopf nicht verstellen die Beleuchtung im Bad unmöglich ,Gartentor konnte man nicht richtig schließen, (mit Hund wichtig) keinen richtigen Sonnenschutz nur mini Schirm .also Preis Leistung passt nicht können wir nicht empfehlen

Perfekte Unterbringung mit Kindern und Hund

Perfekte Lage. Gepflegtes und schönes Haus. Es wird in dieser Region viel fĂŒr Hunde geboten. FĂŒr jĂŒngere Kinder gibt es bestimmt auch viel zu unternehmen. FĂŒr meine 16 und 18 jĂ€hrigen MĂ€dels, war es zu langweilig. 🙄 Der Zaun am Haus war an manchen Stellen defekt und mein Beagle hat es 2x geschafft abzuhauen .

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und es war alles da was man braucht. Man ist sehr schnell am Deich und in der Ortsmitte. Wenn man mal nicht an die See möchte sind Cuxhaven und Bremerhaven vom Dorumer Neufeld sehr schnell zu erreichen.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in dem Ferienhaus, man ist ruck zuck am Deich und an der Nordsee. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, alles wie beschrieben. Der Check in ist klasse organisiert und man hat immer einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort - wirklich spitze! Wir kommen gerne wieder dann aber fĂŒr einen lĂ€ngeren Zeitraum. Vielen Dank.
