Cute apartment with all essentials

The apartment was nice and had everything we needed. The laundry facility was especially important as we arrived here on our 8th day of travel. The WiFi was excellent and the kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room. The bed was comfortable. Though the hot water was a little tricky, it was also fine. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Though I was hoping to actually meet the host and ask questions, she was very good about getting back to us via text messaging. I also wish there were a list of expectations for the guest, but I hope we left the apartment are she wanted. We were there without our own car. It is located near a bus stop that makes getting to the tourist attractions easy once you figure it out. However, it is a distance from the train station, so a taxi was needed and cost almost 20. Food shopping was also a little difficult as the closest market was 1 km. I imagine with a car this wouldn't be a problem. All in all, we were glad we stayed here.

Altbauwohnung Frauenland

Die Wohnung war sehr groß, allerdings ohne Zentralheizung, aber mit Gasöfen in allen Zimmern außer im Bad. Das Bad war relativ neu, aber sehr eng. Die Wohn- und Schlafräume waren okay, auch die Küche vollständig eingerichtet. Es gab zunächst Probleme mit der anonymen Schlüsselübergabe, es war kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, aber nach einigen Versuchen telefonisch erreichbar. Am ersten Abend war die Toilette verstopft, das löste sich nach mehrfachem Abspülen. Beim Duschen lief das Wasser sehr schlecht ab.Im Großen und Ganzen annehmbar!

Wir machten mit unserem einjährigen Sohn 4 Tage Urlaub in Würzburg. Dafür war die Wohnung in Ordnung. Die Kaffeemaschine musste erst entkalkt werden, bevor wir Kaffee kochen konnten. Insgesamt hätte es reinlicher sein können. Die Haltestelle für den Bus und der Bäcker waren in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig im Grünen gelegen. Parkplatz hatten wir immer einen in der Straße vor der Haustür gefunden.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene , leider war das sehr unbequeme Sofa nur von 2 Personen zu nutzen. Im Fernseher konnten wir nur die öffentlich rechtlichen Sender empfangen. Die Kaffeemaschine war dermaßen verkalkt,dass wir sie nicht nutzen konnten.Auf unsere telefonische Anfrage wurden wir auf den im Unterschrank stehenden Entkalker verwiesen. Geschirr war reichlich vorhanden, das Bad in sehr guten Zustand. Die Haltestelle für die Busverbindung in die Stand war in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Wir waren gut aufgehoben

Wir waren für unser Mädelswochenende 4 Tage in Frauenland. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 3 Personen und mit gutem Komfort ausgestattet (große Küche mit Spülmaschine). Die Wohnung ist ruhig im Grünen gelegen, fußläufig sind tolle Spazierwege Richtung Main erreichbar. Bushaltestellen nach Würzburg um die Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ruhige Lage, 2tes Schlafzimmer ist eine Ausziehcoutsch, gute ÖNV Anbindung zur City. Es handelt sich allerdings um eine Raucherwohnung !

Saubere und preiswerte Unterkunft

Wir sind für ein mehrtägiges Konzert in der Posthalle Würzburg angereist. Der Check-In ist denkbar einfach, da man alle nötigen Informationen im Vorfeld erhält und auch nicht an Uhrzeiten gebunden ist. Die Vermieterin war stets freundlich, hat auf eine Änderung der Personenzahl super reagiert und war auch super erreichbar. Danke hierfür. Die Unterkunft selbst ist ein unsarniertes älteres Mehrparteienhaus. Schön eingerichtet und sauber, die Küche ist vollumfänglich ausgestattet. Bett und Gästebett waren bequem und wir haben ruhig übernachten können. Heizen und Duschen findet dezentral mit Gas und teilweise elektrisch statt - man sollte wissen, wie ein hydraulischer Gas-Durchlauferhitzer zu bedienen ist :-) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind recht weit entfernt, dafür gibt es um die Ecke eine Bushaltestelle. Parkplätze gibt es auf der Straße zur Genüge, wir mussten nie weiter als 30m zum Haus laufen. Alles in allem bietet sich die Unterkunft für mobile Personen super an, die keine besonderen Ansprüche haben. Hier würden wir auch wieder einkehren.

Wer Würzburg erleben möchte ist mit dieser super angebundene Wohnung bestens versorgt.

Wir wollten als Familie mit zwei Teenagern Würzburg erleben und sind mit dieser Wohnung super flexibel gewesen. Der Bus fährt dirkt vor der Tür sehr regelmäßig und bis in die Nacht. Das ist wirklich super! Da wir eigentlich den ganzen Tag unterwegs gewesen sind, fehlte uns kein Balkon oder Terasse. Die Wohnung ist schön renoviert , aber das Bad ist sanierungsbedürftig. Auch die Sauberkeit vom Backofen und der Dunstabzugshaube waren ausbaufähig. Alles in Allem haben wir uns aber wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Top!

Gemuetliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefuehlt. Die Wohnung ist zentral angebunden und in 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto problemlos im Zentrum von Wuerzburg, das empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Die moderne Einrichtung der Wohnung hat uns sehr angesprochen. Das Bereitstellen von einer Auswahl an Teesorten empfanden wir als eine liebevolle Geste der Gastgeber.

Gute und bezahlbare Alternative

Als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesreisen bestens geeignet. Etwas abgewohnt (teils) aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für den aufgerufenen Preis völlig okay. Die Temperatur der Dusche zu regeln, gleicht einem morgendlichen Abenteuer, was bauartbedingt wohl nicht anders zu lösen ist aber machbar ist. Allerdings ist lediglich das Doppelbett eine brauchbare Schlafgelegenheit, das Schlafsofa ist fertig, so dass selbst unser 5 jähriger nach einer halben Nacht mit schmerzendem Rücken zu uns kam. Für Erwachsene definitiv nicht zu gebrauchen, hier gibt es günstige Alternativen, einen Tausch würden wir tunlichst empfehlen. Einen Parkplatz in direktem Umfeld, ist immer zu finden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir kannten die Wohnung bereits. Sie liegt ruhig oben am Berg. Sogar ein Kinder-Hochstuhl ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war wieder sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Siedlung, wo man zu fuss in 5 min die Weinberge erreichen kann. Sehr angenehm deshalb. Es gibt keine zentrale Heizung aber daran kann man sich snell gewöhnen. Mir persönlich wäre es im Winter zu kalt dort. Sonst hat nichts gefehlt. Ein paar Stellen könnten sauberer sein, z.B. der Backofen .

Wir würden dieses Objekt nicht nochmal auswählen

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet aber Sanierungsbedürftig , die Böden und Türen knarzen doll, das Bad ist einfach , keine separate Dusche und die Temperatur des Wassers sehr schlecht einzustellen, in dem kleinen Schlafzimmer ist ein Couch die dringend ausgetauscht werden müsste , die Streben darin sind bei jeder Bewegung zu spüren
