"Well…it’s an ok hotel! Location is good! An the tram is just outside! Clean enough, beds are uncomfortable…an there’s no real service to speak of! Reception is wishy washy at best! I love the auto check in…meaning no matter what time, you use a machine to check in out of hours! But make sure you phone hotel to confirm it! "Great stay in a perfect location to visit Wurzburg "

"Parking was a real problem...apartment only good if you travel to Wurzburg without a car and also apartment up two and a half flights of stairs without an elevator in the building. Not good for elderly or handicapped because of the stairs. You have to carry your luggage up and down by yourself. Also, we had to wait almost an hour for someone to come and let us into the apartment. Only good for people who can call by phone on arrival to be let into the apartment. "Cute hotel across from a church. Not too much a fan of church bells going off all the time, only bothered me once when it went on for 10mins straight. Front desk was great. No elevator; but it was okay for me. Breakfast was great and included. Minibar was also included; loved that. Very clean. About 15min tram ride into middle of town which wasnt the best but doable. Overall i would stay here again. Definitely happy with my choice. "

"The only real small issues were the thin pillow, tiny shower and curtain that didnt quite reach the floor. And they use keys and everyone had trouble figuring out which way to turn them and it made alot of noise."

"Lovely team that work at the hotel and restaurant. Great location to quickly be in the middle of Würzburg and to walk over the Main River to the other side. I was just a little disappointed with the size of my room this time, especially since I was traveling with my dog. It was a little tough to maneuver in the room with two suitcases and a dog. My room in April 2024 was more comfortable. Nonetheless, we managed and enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel was conveniently located close to the train station and city centre. Hotel room was very elegant with a comfortable bed, big TV and nice city view from the window. Breakfast was pricey at 18 Euros but very good. Nice staff, I wish we had stayed a bit longer."
