"Generally, it's a good location but parking spaces are limited, if you're driving. I had to buy some detergents to clean the toilet and bath because it didn’t look clean. There was also a bit of filth at the rear car park around the bin area. "Booked to stay for 1 night after a trip to Alton Towers. It's a shame we didn't stay for longer as the kids absolutely loved it - particularly the garden which was packed with things for them to do, including a zip line. Would definitely recommend for families and groups of friends with kids."

"This is a subdivided residential unit. It's small and does not have a table for eating. We found that it was missing some basic amenities like bedding for the second bed, hand soap and tea towels. "Great communication and quick replies, all the relevant details were sent through with photos of how to access the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need in it. Comfortable sofa and bed, all seemed very new and well looked after, it was perfect! Nice and quiet and we had great nights sleep, we stayed 2 nights and it was perfect!
