"The hotel is lovely , staff are fantastic food is great , the rooms are getting a little dated , wardrobe door was loose and lamps flickering , knobs on drawers loose but bed was very comfy "

Just simplify the room choices and stop offering upgraded rooms at upgraded prices if you aren't going to give the correct rooms upon arrival"

"We had a lovely stay ideal for the train which we arrived on and used the buses there is one problem stairs my Husband is becoming disabled he can use these at the moment but later as he gets worse, he will not be able to manage them "
