Difficult sleeping conditions
Sorry to say, but our experience was unpleasant. The beds were hard, the walls were so thin you could hear mulled conversations and all doors opening and closing. The doors had gaps at the bottom which let in the hallway bright light like a very large night light, making it hard to sleep. And there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Finally, we felt our avtivities were monitored because we had to check with the front desk when returning every day to reactivate the door key.

Tienen 3 salones de eventos, si tu no vas a ningún evento allí y esperas descansar, aunque sea por la noche, mejor buscar otras opciones. Empleados en general muy atentos y buena atención, el buffet del restaurante muy aceptable aunque se repiten las comidas cada desayuno.

Fue imposible descansar a gusto en esta última estancia que tuvimos, todo se escucha en las habitaciones. No dejamos de escuchar ruidos, como si arrastraran mesas y cosas que se les caían. Música y como tacones. Ya me había ocurrido antes y aún así decidí darle otra oportunidad al hotel pero verdaderamente fue súper incómodo. Lo reportamos y nos dijeron que lo checarían, sin embargo nada mejoró. Al nuestra estancia ser más que nada para descansar y no lograr hacerlo la verdad fue muy desagradable.
