"Good food Wine not great Beer was ok Cocktails, spirits and ice creams, crisps not included in all inclusive snack bar Kids were happy with food and drink though Apartment clean and had all we need with beautiful views of the sea from balcony which we all loved. It was fair distance 20 mins from Chania and taxis did pick us up and drop us off but wait was half an hour late for drop off and long wait in unorganised queues to get back, but was do able. "We stayed in the new section and our room was beautiful but definitely had a small of drainage issues. Large indoor heated pool which was empty and a well equipped gym. Food was average to good but lacked signage. Beach bar lacked higher end cleanliness and put me off and poor welcome from reception staff on arrival. Reviewed given this is meant to be a 5 star resort. Definitely walk up along the beach where it opens up and is just beautiful.....a hidden gem the river merges into the sea "

"Stayed 6 nights in a pool view room which we were upgraded to. Had a beautiful view from the 2nd floor. The bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Was fresh every morning and had a very large variety of hot and cold dishes and sweets. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay in a beautiful property. "

"Location of sublime! Tons of restaurants nearby, really good ones too. Lots of shopping as well. Breakfast buffet was very impressive, top quality and exceptional. My only issue was that the room was very small and more suitable for one person, not two. Otherwise, an excellent option. Private parking as well which we appreciated."
