"The room we stayed for the 1st night was unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Very strong smell of the sewer from the bathroom and mixed of some old hotel smell, very hard to stay. I saw the same feedback from the other platforms, but I ignored it. So please don’t overlook the negative reviews.
