It was a flawless experience spending my holidays in W Xian! I have stayed in W in many different cities and W Xian is probably the best. All the staff were extremely helpful and organised everything for me without being asked. The W Hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Xi'an. The room was spacious with an amazing design and a large balcony offering fantastic views. Everything was automated and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect of service, from arrival to departure. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food options. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy all the facilities, but when the staff learned it was my birthday, they surprised me with a beautifully written card, fresh fruit, a delicious cake, and a thoughtful gift. I’ve never experienced such a personal touch at any other hotel!

ZERO. Flights, Hotels, and access to China, all cancelled by government due to coronavirus - this is the only hotel to not cancel. To boot, the W Xian fraudulently “checked in” my reservation as if I’d stayed there. Phones are not answered, messages not returned, emails not replied to and even attempts at contact by Expedia unsuccessful. Even as a platinum elite - no replies at all from hotel. This is an unethical operation undeserving of the W name.
