"I had a very comfortable 7 nights' stay here. Courteous staff and walking distance to great food. I liked the open layout of the toilet, which still provided enough privacy. There are 2 washers and 1 dryer which you can use for free, although my clothes were able to hang dry overnight in the room. "

"A nice hotel with serene surrounding. The trade-off is a short walk to the nearest metro station. Got upsell to a jr suite upon checkin but it is a good deal with the extras in the package. Good service from the staff too. Overall a hassle free experience."

"The W Hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Xi'an. The room was spacious with an amazing design and a large balcony offering fantastic views. "The rooms division is terrible. Front desk ineffficient, not providing the expected services, lack knowledge, skills and information. Drainage in shower cabinet is too slow, towel taken away although is hung as directed for protection of enivronment. only one bath towel for one guest. "Liked- Good location, spacious room and excellent staff behaviour. Reasonably good spread for breakfast. Disliked- The property is old and seemed to be a little short of maintenance. A little more attention can be given towards cleanliness. Breakfast was good but whatever else we ordered was not as good like everywhere else in China."
