"We have stayed in several different hotels in the Dandong area and this was the first time we stayed at the Wanda Realm Hotel. Because of the rating and the price, I was disappointed in many things. First, there was no bellman to greet us when we got out of the taxi and we moved our luggage ourselves. Second, the staff at reception were unsmiling and seemed to be just going through the motions. "check-in not so good. Whilst not speaking English is fine... not being able to understand at all the Hotels.com booking or the site or knowing anything about it is not. I had a photo of the booking.. and the page and the part written in Chinese and they still couldn't find it. Kept asking me the name of the site... what could i say? hotels .com... translating it to jiudian.com hardly helps does it?? They need to sort this out... accepting bookings from such a big site (not all hotels do) ...
