"The hotel is smart, but nothing happens there. Eg. There is a rooftop bar and pool but no one uses it because it is not stocked and there is no encouragement to use it. The same with the bar and lounge on the ground floor. The rooms are comfortable and smart, but could do with Coffee & Tea making facilities.
