Overall the hotel is good. Food is great. Service in general of waiters and bar staff just above average.the facilities are good and clean. The beach is just a few steps from your room which is excellent

Outdated rooms; there was a roof leak when it rained. The bathrooms could use renovation. Beautiful gardens all around the hotel. The staff is friendly. The non-stop upsale attempts are very irritating. All services within the resort are ridiculously overpriced. The restaurants offer good food.

I liked everything was convenient to my family , I did not like ,about some of the staff did not know what is the meaning of an autistic person, how to be kind and friendly with the disable non verbal person. May be more direction and more coaching or training to staff about the autistic guests . It will be much appreciated . Thank you for offering the chance to express my feeling .

Lots of options for entertainment and food! Plenty of pools to explore and activities to do. The beach is gorgeous, and we even saw plenty of sea life close to the shore - fish and sea turtles! The staff are all extremely helpful and everyone speaks English as well as Spanish. Food is good at the buffets and the restaurants. Very family friendly.
