"Great hotel that is right next to the best base area at zao onsen resort! The junior suite was incredible, I really liked the Japanese styling with full western amenities. It was extremely spacious and having two in room ac units for the living room and bedroom was great. We never ate dinner at the hotel but my sister and I both really enjoyed the breakfast buffet both days we had it. Additionally despite a language barrier I found the service to be excellent. "It is very convenient to shop and transportation. The hotel is old or not good condition. The shower room is not very useful, towels hanger is too high, the toilet is not good flashing and the water sound always heard near the bed’s headboard to make sleep so hard. This is my first time to use APA hotel, the check out time no one is front counter, I just drop the room card but no explanation at the first day. I do not think I will not use APA hotel again even very good rate."
