The room was beautiful and the location near a subway station was helpful. The hotel staff did not clean the room, but that was fine with us. Extra towels and supplies were readily available. A few of the staff members knew very little English and so we used a translation app to communicate. Highly recommended.

Spacious, friendly and helpful staff. Large spacious apartment with a tatami area as well as lounge area. Close to train and 10 min walk to main shopping. Great amenities, we would stay again.

"We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were first greeted at the door to introduce us to the no shoe policy and they cleaned the bottom of our suitcases. The onsen was very enjoyable. The beds are comfortable. The shower was great. This is a large hotel, but it never felt over crowded."

"Great experience staying her for 5 nights. Staff is friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable and the location is good. No complaints other than the WiFi was a little spotty at times perhaps they can work on improving that. I would definitely stay here again!"
