The property has three bedrooms a large living, dining and kitchen area and a huge deck with servery from the kitchen which overlooks the expansive views from the front and side of the home.
With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, you can relax and feel completely at home.
Air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom, bed and bathroom linen, fast and unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix are all included.
Guest Access:
You may access the property at any time with keys located in a lock box on the premises.
The Neighborhood:
This awesome location presides on Yamba's sought after hill location, where everything you need for the perfect Yamba beach holiday is on your doorstep. Walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, cinema and stroll across the road to Yamba's Main Beach or Lighthouse. Simply the best location in town.
With mild Winters and long, temperate Summers, Yamba is a perfect escape all year round. Surf uncrowded beaches that suit all conditions, take a kayaking tour and get eye-to-eye with wild dolphins in the estuary, swim in the natural springs of Angourie’s blue and green pools or take a Clarence River Ferry for scenic cruises or a passenger service to Iluka, on the northern side.
Getting Around:
There is a lock up garage on site, however you'll barely need your car after you arrive. Town and all of Yamba's five beaches are walking distance from Surf & Sand.
Other Things to Note:
We do have a a granny flat under the main residence. Be assured that this will not impact your stay. It is used very rarely by the owner. The entrance to the granny flat is at the rear of the property and your paths won't cross. We do ask however that you park your cars in the garage and/or top driveway under the front verandah and leave the bottom driveway for the granny flat guests.
