"The hotel was lovely nice big room with balcony looking over the golf course. L shaped sofa in seating area, tea/coffee facilities with digestive biscuits, two comfy chairs and two chairs on balcony with table. Lovely breakfast. Bar was nice with plenty of comfortable seating. Lovely bed and there was a floor standing fan very welcome in this hot weather. Bathroom was spacious with walkin shower. If went to the area would definitely stay again."

"Food was very average. Room was up a flight of stairs no lift. Staff were not really interested in helping at all"

"Great location for catching the train. Area seemed a bit unsafe. The room was outdated but the best shower in all of London. Would stay here again only for convenience of the train. Expensive for type of hotel. "

"The staff at the front desk was so nice and so friendly! Breakfast is included and it was pretty good compared to other Hilton’s. They also have 24 seven service at the front desk They have things like pizza wings sodas. They were nice enough to refill our water bottles for us and always gave us the ice we asked for."

"We had a really nice relaxing break. In fact to point that i may book every few months to get a break. Could do with a few more staff in the bar, but the breakfast was excellent. Room a good size and very comfortable. The evening restaurant food was very good as well and service excellent. Check in was quick and simple. The hotel offered everything we needed. It was a very hot weekend so air con in rooms would have been good. But the air con in the bar and restaurant was perfect. "

"Super impressed with this hotel and our stay in general. Location is great - only a few moments walk from the westgate shopping centre, room was clean and the air con kept us cool all night. The service was really outstanding. My husband mentioned in conversation that it was a birthday treat and within 30 mins we had prosecco, balloons, a handwritten card and a lovely gift delivered to our room, which was such a kind and thoughful gesture! "
