"My one week stay at this hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly, always there to lend a helping hand. Room size is good, and everything in the room works perfectly. There is also a welcome sweet treat in my room when I walked in. I feel safe because of the door card entry, to elevators, and to room. "Stayed here fr a wedding at the Stones Winery in the Yarra Valley. The room was huge- very spacious, slightly dated but the place and the setting was beautiful being in a golf course. "

"We have a child studying at nearby Monash University and this is a great location to base ourselves when visiting him. Great, comfy rooms at very reasonable rates. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Stayed here several times and have never had a bad experience. Will continue to return on each visit to Clayton."

"The location is good, close to the beach and church street shops. Reception staffs were friendly although not all very efficient. However, the hotel facilities can be improved. The water temperature in shower was not stable. The mini fridge was just next to the bed and constantly making noise. There were also frequent noises from trains and traffic on the main road, which were particularly annoying in the night time. With all those noises I can’t really rest well in this place. "
