"My friend and I booked a break for her birthday. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout. We had one evening meal and two breakfasts. Delicious food. Great selection at breakfast. We had a problem with the tv and it was dealt with immediately. "

"Great location in the city centre. Beautiful lobby and good breakfast. Bed was comfortable but pillows a little to thick for me. Room was very clean but could be a bit more sound proof. Irish coffee in bar was lovely. All in all very good. "

"Stayed 1 night as we were going to a concert in the Utilitia which, was only a 5 min walk away. Can’t fault the hotel it was perfect - Browns bar and restaurant attached was an added bonus. Breakfast excellent, staff helpful and relaxed. Car parking also perfect."

"Really enjoyed staying here. The staff were lovely! They found out we was here for a Birthday and gave us a free drink voucher to use at the bar and late checkout. The room was spacious and spotless and all the amenities you could need and want. The breakfast choice was was surperb and delicious. The only downside was the amount we paid for parking. We paid £100 pound for a day and a half to park our car. They did give us a discount voucher but we had already paid before we knew they did this, but it would still have worked out at about £75 which i think is still very dear. Despite this we would stay here again but would pay to park outside of the hotel or get a train."
