"The stay at the hotel was awesome but the restaurants in the area closed too early.One of the restaurants was opened but wouldn't allow me to eat because I'm black, ssaholes. So I got the full deep south experience. The fire department is right across from the hotel. Private parking in front of your room. So peaceful. I really enjoyed my room. "

"I enjoyed the hot shower and comfortable bed. However, the slight smell of cigarette smoke kept me awake, as did the curtain dangling which allowed light from the porch light to shine on the bed. When I came in the room, the TV was already on. The reason became apparent when neither of the remotes could turn it off. The front desk clerk gave me permission to unplug it. There was no trash can.
