La empresa vrbo no contesta a las reclamaciones me cobraron dinero de más y no responden nunca, por otro la estancia y dueña del apartamento de 10.

Teníamos el apartamento reservado para semana santa 2022, habiendo viajado desde desde Barcelona. Tras haber recibido mail de confirmación, haberse cobrado la estancia, etc.. al ponernos en contacto con la propietaria 30 minutos antes de la hora de entrada nos indicó que el apartamento estaba ocupado y no lo había gestionado desde esta plataforma, por lo que nos quedamos sin alojamiento. Experiencia pésima, en la que ni la aplicación ni la propietaria asumieron ningún tipo de responsabilidad. Muy decepcionado
