"The staff here were lovely. When we had a slight issue with the tap plumbing in the room they immediately tried to resolve the issue but as we were only staying one night it wasn’t much of a problem and did offer compensation. Lovely rooms and very comfy beds. Good amenities in the room and nice general store for drinks and snacks. "

"Great stay! The hotel was around 2.5km outside of Chipping Norton, which was approx 30 mins walk. Room was nice, with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. We had the most budget room type and it was great, just no view as we were on the ground floor looking onto the car park. "

"Great accommodation beautiful place. We checked in after 6pm and the front desk staff was lovely guided to our room and told us what was around. We had informed the hotel it was our anniversary and they had beautifully decorated our room. We managed to go to the pool, sauna, jaccuzi and steam room the following morning of our stay which was amazing! It was quiet and wonderful experience. Would definitely come bacj again! "
