Much appreciated m The concierge went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right souvenirs, even calling a local shop to ensure they had the item I was looking for! They also ordered an asthma machine for my son when his broke ! The front seat were amazing, waiving a few for an additional bed ! Moreover the host and waiter at the remembered our names, favorite foods and allergies! Oh my Lordy! Everyone was sooo good and so kind and helpful! I have to go back !"

"Great stay at the Valley Wing. Staff very nice and helpful. General Liang is so thoughtful and kind. I was having my birthday and she even sent a cake to the room. The new airport sendoff service is a godsend. It includes a staff member at the airport carrying your luggage to the counter and helping you get the boarding pass. I’ll use that service next time I visit for airport pickup, too. The hotel is a little old. We all know that. But the staff and service at the Valley Wing sparkle. "

"I had a really lovely stay. The check-in process was smooth, housekeeping excellent, breakfast service great, although the chefs at the egg station were always unpleasant. Others on breakfast service were very warm and friendly. Check-out was also smoooth and the agents pleasant."

"The hotel is perfect for both business and family travelers for its locatiom, amenities, etc., but for the best stay, contact CECILIA, the hotel concierge, before departing for the hotel bc she IS FANTASTIC (!!!) and really made all of the difference in our stay. She will arrange all of your transportation to/from the airpot and hotel, suggest and arrange any activities, make resrvations to restaurants and venues, and ensure every facet of your stay is perfect. The hotel pool is unbelievable and not to be missed, even if just to walk down to see it, the gym and lockers are clean, and the spa and massage staff incredibly accommodating. Bathing suits can be purchased but even just sitting poolside is worth a visit."

"My stay at Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence Chengdu was great. The room/suite was excellent, the gym was good, the breakfast was good. The staff were very professional, courteous and friendly. I was checked in by Tina Zhang and I had talked to her on few other occasions with some of my questions. She was very professional, friendly and helpful and assisted me with my questions answered and provided me helpful recommendations. I wish the best for Tina Zhang. If I visit Chengdu again and the location permits for my activity then I will definitely stay in Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence Chengdu and I will recommend it to others. "Highly recommend this hotel as the front desk staff were super helpful. As we did not get the local contact number, booking of places and dinner reservation were kind of difficult where the staff (did not managed to get the name) went thru the whole trouble to help us. It is also super near to 王府井 shopping street where the popular shopping (like Nike, Adidas as well as branded brand) can be seen and found there. It is also walking distance to 故宫 and 前门大街. Do take note when getting Didi as their sister hotel 天伦皇朝 is just next to it where driver will mistaken both hotel. This hotel Chinese name is 天伦松鹤大酒店. "
