My daughter and my nephew competed in the Great Ocean Rd marathon and even though weather conditions were challenging, the beauty of the coastline was still amazing! "The house was good but the cleaner's could of cleaned it better before we came, since the owner pays them to do a good job. Personal I would cut the shubs out near the front door and maybe some trees down due to all the leaves around on the deck in case of fires or maybe cover the deck as you couldn't sit out side. Don't get me wrong the house was fantastic with the people we had very spacious not on top of each other which was really good and the owner was great to contact if we needed...

"We had problems on our first night as the heating in the house malfunctioned and we had to wear coats beanies and scales inside, the next day ( Sunday) Ellie drove from Apollo Bay to deliver two “bar heaters” and with the fire burning we finally managed to warm the house! Apart from this, the house was very comfortable and a joy to be in. Please note, proper doona covers on doonas would be a real plus instead of sheets being tucked over doona! Aside from these issues, everything was wonderful...
